How does BYO carrier pricing work?
You connect a SIP trunk from any of fourteen supported carriers — Twilio, Bandwidth, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, and others. We never touch the carrier bill. Whatever per-minute rate you've negotiated with them, you pay them directly. MobDial bills only the per-seat platform fee shown above.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, instantly, prorated. Upgrades reflect on your next invoice for the unused days. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What counts as a "seat"?
One logged-in human caller. Admins and observers (read-only managers) don't count — they're free. Bots and IVR routes don't count either.
Non-profit or startup discounts?
Yes — 30% off Floor and Custom for registered non-profits, and a free year of Floor for venture-backed startups under 18 months old. Email discount@mobdial.com.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you don't pick a plan, your workspace pauses outbound calls but keeps all data and inbound queues for 30 days. No card on file means no surprise charges.
On-prem or self-hosted?
